Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aghrba SEO. Please read them before connecting a website or a Google account.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and AGHRBA TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS ("we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of Aghrba SEO and any related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. What the Service Does

Aghrba SEO is an autonomous search-growth platform. It analyses search demand for websites you own, generates and publishes content to content management systems you connect, submits sitemaps to search engines, and reports on the resulting search visibility, traffic and leads. Features evolve; we may add, change or withdraw functionality.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.
  • Workspace administrators can invite members and set their permissions, and are responsible for who they grant access to.

3. Websites and Connected Accounts

You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage, and only connect accounts you are entitled to connect. This includes Google Search Console properties, Google Analytics properties, and content management systems. You represent that you hold the necessary rights, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party service you connect, including Google's.

You authorise us to act on your behalf on those connected services in order to deliver the features you have enabled — for example publishing an approved article to your CMS or submitting your sitemap to Search Console. You can revoke that authorisation at any time by disconnecting the integration. How we handle data from connected Google accounts is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, or harmful to others.
  • Engage in search-engine manipulation that violates the guidelines of the search engines involved, including cloaking, doorway pages, or publishing to sites you do not control.
  • Access accounts, properties or websites without authorisation, or misrepresent your relationship to them.
  • Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, circumvent limits or authentication, or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except through a reseller or agency arrangement agreed with us in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe breaches this section, and we may do so without notice if there is a risk of harm to others.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Your content is yours. You retain all rights in the websites, materials and data you bring to the Service, and in the content the Service produces for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to operate the Service for you.
  • Our platform is ours. The Service, its software, interfaces and branding remain the property of AGHRBA TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS.
  • AI-generated output. Content is produced with the assistance of AI models and may be inaccurate or resemble output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and for it once it is live. Editorial review tools are provided for exactly this purpose.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and interval shown at purchase, through our payment provider. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, effective at your next renewal.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Search rankings, traffic and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and your market. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, or business result. We also do not control connected third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, changes or acts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your lack of authorisation over a website or account you connected.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop at any time and request deletion as described on our Data & Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, or where required by law, and will give reasonable notice unless doing so would be unlawful or harmful. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive. Content already published to your own website remains yours and stays where it is.

11. General

  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AGHRBA TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect; continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.
  • No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
